Order and delivery

Your order

Commercial conditions for an order:
- The minimum billing is €500 excluding tax
- Contact us for order volumes greater than €5,000/year.

Terms of payment for the order:
- 30 days after invoice date
- The creation of the customer account is not mandatory but it is encouraged for order tracking and history.

Payment

Online payment on the site is made securely via French bank 'Société Génerale' and  Paypal. Payment by bank transfer or check is also possible.

Delivery

Delivery and deadlines :
- Free shipping from 1500 € excl. VAT order
- Participation in shipping costs is equivalent to 7% of the amount excluding VAT of the order
- Packages are generally shipped within fifteen days of receipt of your payment.
- Standard shipping method is courier, delivered with signature.
- Upon request, we will provide you with information that will allow you to track the delivery of your order.
- Shipping costs include packaging, handling and transportation costs. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part depending on the price or weight of your order.
- We advise you to combine your purchases in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders and you You will have to pay postage for each one.
- Your package is shipped at the buyer's risk
